Drive impactful conservation as the Strategic Director of Affiliate Partnerships at Canadian Wildlife Federation. Lead efforts to connect and support 13 provincial and territorial Affiliate organizations. In this influential position, you will report to the Vice President, Conservation, developing strategic partnerships and nurturing collaboration across the network.

Your role is crucial in identifying opportunities, facilitating shared initiatives, and ensuring that CWF achieves its conservation goals through effective engagement. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement affiliate relations strategy
- Collaborate with Affiliate leaders for shared objectives
- Facilitate information sharing and peer learning
- Represent CWF at national meetings and governance forums
- Provide strategic advice to senior leadership Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Over 8 years in partnership or stakeholder relations
- Proven history working with multi-stakeholder networks
- Solid facilitation and diplomatic skills
- Experience in collaborative organization models Enhance affiliate relations to further conservation efforts with CWF and its partners.
