Jobber is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for software engineering, product design, product management, and other technical teams. You’ll act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, driving AI-enhanced sourcing and data-informed decisions while upholding inclusive hiring practices.
You’ll build diverse pipelines, coach stakeholders, and strengthen Jobber’s employer brand across hub cities in Canada.
