Photonic is seeking a VP Finance to lead the accounting, controllership and financial reporting functions for a growing company in British Columbia. You will ensure accuracy of financial statements, manage internal controls, and drive regulatory compliance as the organization scales toward public company readiness. You will report to the CFO, oversee treasury and tax matters, and build a high-performing team while coordinating with external auditors and advisers on cross-border issues.
