Reporting directly to the Manager of Maintenance & Engineering, you'll be instrumental in managing all aspects of operational projects at Kidd Operations. Your leadership will foster a culture of safety and reliability, ensuring that all team members meet objectives while surpassing production expectations through effective planning and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure health and safety compliance across all projects • Lead project technical teams to achieve goals • Oversee projects from development to commissioning • Coordinate activities with production and maintenance • Provide regular updates on project status and risks
Requirements: • Degree in engineering or relevant technical field • At least three years' experience in mining or engineering roles • Comprehensive understanding of project management principles • Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate with contractors • Proficiency in project management software and CMMS
