Description

Gateway to India Restaurant located in heart of Downtown Nanaimo BC, is looking for a food and beverage processing supervisor, with a experience of 1 year to less than 2 years. Education requirement is Grade 12 and language requirement is English.Other job requirements are as below:
- Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
- Prepare production and other reports.
- Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Supervise,



co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies.

- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
- Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
