Join our team as a Facility Supervisor, where you will oversee arena operations and ensure the facility remains secure and clean for all users. Work collaboratively under the direction of the Director of Facilities. In this role, your primary focus will be on managing the arena staff, conducting evaluations, and organizing work schedules.

You'll provide necessary leadership and training while ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety regulations. Additional tasks include monitoring employee hours, submitting timecards, and managing financial reports to the Finance office. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the maintenance and operation of the arena
- Conduct staff evaluations and provide training
- Organize work schedules for optimal efficiency
- Enforce Health and Safety standards
- Submit payroll and payment documentation Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 3 years in a supervisorial role
- 5 years of arena experience
- Valid Class “G” driver’s license required
