As a supervisory leader with 2-3 years' experience, you will manage day-to-day barn activities, implement biosecurity measures, and ensure the well-being of all poultry.

Your role also includes effective scheduling and communication in English for report generation and team coordination. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise barn operations and team activities
- Maintain proper handling and care for all poultry
- Plan shifts and control workforce scheduling
- Participate in the biosecurity team initiatives
- Generate daily operational reports in English Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in poultry farming supervision
