Talent Acquisition

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organization's Human Resource Department andis responsible forimplementingthe organization’s talent acquisition strategy and full cycle recruitment process.

This role partners with hiring managers and organizational leaders toidentifyworkforce needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and attract qualified talent to support current and future business needs. The position manages recruiting processes and compliance, builds andmaintainscandidate pipelines, supports employer branding, andrepresentsVIGILINT at recruiting events.

The Talent

AcquisitionSpecialistalso uses workforce planning and recruiting data to proactively support organizational growth while ensuring a consistent and professional hiring process.

- Create andmaintainan environmentwithcompetitive advantage in support of the company's strategic plan.

- Recruit full-time, part-time, temporary, contractual, and intern personnelthrough full cyclerecruiting andhiring.

- Developappropriaterecruitmentmarketing strategies,coordinate project support withhiring team, andestablishservice-level agreements to ensure an effective and efficient recruitment lifecycle while minimizing cost-per-hire.

- Developand implement creative and creative sourcing strategies and techniques to buildand run a pipelineof qualified candidatesfrom sourcing through onboarding.

- Attend a weeklystrategic meeting with the HR Manager to review thecandidatepipeline, employee, and community engagement.





- Attendconferenceswhen needed to promote VIGILINTmedical personnel talent capabilities.

- Utilize workforce management andplanningto proactively plan for company growth

- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Superior verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suiteincluding SharePoint.

- Strong presentation skills.

- Excellent leadership skills.

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, employer branding, and talent sourcing strategies.

- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills for crafting compelling content.

- Proficiencyin ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media management tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with event planning,andpublic relations.

- Experience in military, government contracting, or healthcare recruitment.
