You’ll help bring our products and applications to market through content, campaigns, product marketing, account-based marketing, and marketing operations.
This is a broad, execution-focused role for someone who enjoys owning work from idea through launch and measurement. You’ll partner with technical subject-matter experts, the Marketing Coordinator, and the sales and marketing team to create marketing that resonates with engineers, scientists, chemists, academic researchers, and other technical audiences.
What you’ll do
Product marketing, go-to-market, and ABM
- Apply established messaging to campaigns for priority industries, segments, and accounts.
- Support product marketing and go-to-market initiatives with positioning, customer-value messaging, launch materials, and coordinated campaigns.
- Help adapt messages and programs as Thermtest expands into new global markets.
- Build content calendars around strategic themes, target accounts, webinars, trade shows, customer visits, products, and applications.
Content, communications, and visual assets
- Create technically accurate, persuasive B2B content, including case studies, website pages, blog posts, LinkedIn posts, email campaigns, webinar materials, paid advertising copy, and sales-enablement assets.
- Repurpose videos, white papers, and expert knowledge into effective top-of-funnel and demand-generation programs.
- Develop campaign-ready visuals, diagrams, explainers, presentation graphics, and promotional assets using modern design tools and approved AI-enabled tools.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice while making complex technical information useful and accessible to technical buyers.
Demand generation, campaigns, and events
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns that grow relevant website traffic, engagement,
and qualified demand.
- Lead webinar promotion, including registration campaigns, presentation assets, attendee acquisition, follow-up, and nurture.
- Promote trade shows, customer visits, and other key events through coordinated pre-event, event, and post-event communications.
- Create nurture programs for prospective and existing customers.
Marketing operations, analytics, and AI workflows
- Own the marketing use of HubSpot and Lemlist, including campaign setup, workflows, list management, reporting, and ongoing optimization.
- Build and maintain HubSpot dashboards that connect campaign activity with measurable funnel outcomes and marketing-qualified leads.
- Implement UTM tracking, evaluate campaign performance, identify conversion opportunities, and use insights to guide future investment.
- Establish organized, reliable content and campaign operations, including consistent naming, filing, process adherence, and on-time delivery.
- Help develop practical AI-enabled workflows for research, planning, content development, message translation, and reuse of expert knowledge.
- Use sound judgment to protect technical accuracy, confidentiality, brand quality, and audience fit.
What you’ll bring
- Demonstrated B2B marketing experience; industry background is adaptable.
- Excellent writing, editing, communication, and content-development skills.
- Strong hands-on HubSpot experience, including dashboards, funnel reporting, MQL measurement, UTM tracking, and campaign reporting.
- Experience planning and executing integrated campaigns across content, web, LinkedIn, email, webinars, and paid media.
- Experience managing outbound or multichannel campaigns in Lemlist.
- Ability to create polished visual marketing assets using design and AI-enabled visual tools.
- High proficiency applying AI to real marketing work, including designing workflows and collaborating on AI-agent development.
- The ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver dependable work in a remote environment.
- Strong attention to detail and an ability to translate complex information from technical experts into effective marketing for technical audiences.
It would be great if you also have
- Product marketing or go-to-market experience, including positioning, launch support, and sales-enablement content.
- Experience supporting account-based marketing programs.
- Experience with SEO, website conversion optimization, Google Ads/PPC, and campaign experimentation.
- Experience marketing complex scientific, industrial, engineering, research, or technical offerings.
- Experience supporting international or multi-market marketing programs.
What success looks like In your first year, you will help create consistent, audience-appropriate messaging across Thermtest’s go-to-market and account-based marketing efforts. You’ll establish a dependable cadence of content and campaigns, strengthen our case studies, web content, LinkedIn presence, webinar promotion, and event marketing, and build reporting that clearly connects marketing activity to funnel performance and qualified demand.
You’ll also help create reusable content and visual-asset libraries, along with practical AI-enabled workflows that improve speed and knowledge reuse without compromising quality or technical credibility.
Thermtest welcomes candidates with varied backgrounds and experiences. If you are a strong B2B marketer who combines excellent writing, HubSpot fluency, campaign execution, visual-production ability, analytical discipline, and practical AI skills, we encourage you to apply.
