Your role will involve providing exceptional support for hardware and software systems. In this position, you'll tackle user issues and manage numerous technical challenges, ensuring that all technology operates flawlessly. You will also document solutions extensively and collaborate with various teams to handle priority requests for the render farm during night hours.
