About the Opportunity

- Process and enter invoices, including PO and non-PO invoices, and resolve any discrepancies.
- Process vendor payments and respond to vendor inquiries.
- Review and investigate inventory variances.
- Reconcile accrued purchase liabilities and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage vendor onboarding, including account setup, payment terms, payment methods, and tax registration where applicable.
- Maintain complete and accurate supporting documentation for all AP and accounting activities.
- Review and audit employee expense reimbursement claims for business purpose, proper expense classification, and applicable input tax.
- Prepare and post journal entries.
- Reconcile various accounts, including intercompany, clearing, prepaid, and corporate credit card accounts.
- Collect, analyze, and report financial data as required.
- Prepare monthly KPI, critical financial, and quarterly statistical reports.




- Review sales tax and input tax credit calculations for accuracy.
- Identify and recommend process improvements and participate in their implementation.
- Manage incoming and outgoing accounting-related mail.
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

About You

- 2+ years of relevant juinor accounting experience
- Intermediate excel (vlookups, pivot tables)

Pay Range

$25 - $29 / hour

You must currently reside within the Greater Toronto Area and be permitted to work in Canada to be considered for this chance.
