Key Responsibilities:
- Create and oversee 3D models for visualization and coordination
- Identify and address constructability issues during projects
- Support coordination meetings and track resolutions
- Ensure model compliance with the BIM Execution Plan
- Develop models for electrical and mechanical prefabrication
Requirements:
- 2-5 years working with VDC/BIM software, particularly Revit
- Educational background in architectural, engineering, or BIM disciplines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, or similar
- Demonstrated ability to interpret architectural drawings
- Collaborative and robust project management skills
