Sitech Western Canada is seeking a motivated and results-driven Technology Sales & Service Representative to grow our construction technology business within an assigned territory. In this customer-facing, outside sales role, you'll help contractors improve productivity, accuracy, and profitability through innovative solutions including CAT and Trimble machine control, grade control, site positioning systems, safety and connected construction technologies.

- Develop and grow customer relationships within your territory
- Drive sales of Trimble construction technology solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
- Identify customer needs and recommend technology solutions
- Partner with technical support and training teams to ensure customer success
- Manage a healthy sales pipeline and achieve growth targets

What You’ll Bring

- Experience in outside sales, business development, or account management
- Background in construction, heavy equipment, technology, or a related industry
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of machine control, GPS, surveying, or construction technology is an asset
