You’ll work closely with both nurses and employees to facilitate mental health services, manage crisis situations, and promote well-being programs.

- Care for employees needing psychological support

- Minimum 5 years of experience in community work
- Membership in a recognized professional association
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French
