Cando is looking for a Track Materials Coordinator in Brandon, MB for a 2-month term. The focus will be on effective material management within a robust safety culture. As a Materials Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in handling Cando's track materials, ensuring their timely receipt and storage.

Demonstrating initiative and excellent communication, your contributions will impact project efficiency and teamwork across departments. Your ability to prioritize tasks and manage discrepancies will be key in this role. Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure delivery schedules for track materials are met
- Keep exact inventory records of materials at the Brandon PIT
- Submit purchase orders and sales invoices monthly
- Partner with project managers for logistics planning
- Conduct regular yard maintenance and inspections Requirements:
- 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role is preferred
- Experience in customer-focused office environments
- Knowledge of track materials is beneficial
- Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools Excel in material coordination with Cando’s dedicated team in Brandon.
