The Salvation Army in Ottawa is seeking an Operations Supervisor for Toy Mountain to oversee day-to-day campaign activities and ensure yearly objectives are met. You will manage staff and volunteers, coordinate with community partners, and ensure safe, productive toy handling from reception to packing.
Responsibilities include recruitment/training, scheduling, inventory control and cross-team collaboration with the Director of Community Services. Ontario G license is required.
