DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Conducting ground, synthetic flight training device of all flight crew in accordance with the approved training program; - Conduct on wing training if required - Supervision of the standards and recommending amendments to their respective! standard operating procedures; - Maintaining the Company’s training records; - Creating new and maintaining the Company’s current online training programs; - Liaison with the Chief Pilot and Assistant Chief Pilot concerning training details; - Other responsibilities as assigned by the Chief Pilot.

Responsibilities include - Monitoring the operation and identifying problems which may require the provision of extra training or changes in operational procedures; - Together with the Chief Pilot,



the establishment and promulgation of the standards and piloting techniques with which pilots will be expected to comply during flight operations and which the pilots will be required to demonstrate during initial and recurrent checks; - Conducting Line Indoctrination and Line Checks, as required.

QUALIFICATIONS - 2000 hours total flight time on a turboprop; - 500 hours PIC Beech King Air; - C208 experience; - 1000 Multi Pilot In Command flight time; - ATPL with a Group 1 IFR; - Category 1 Medical not required; - Have trained in a turboprop simulator is considered an asset - PR card with a Valid Passport; - Ability to obtain TSA approval; - Must be available to travel to Atlanta and Wichita to conduct recurrent flight training at FlightSafety multiple times per month.
