Be the steady presence in our housing units, supporting residents day to day and holding the routines that keep people safe while they rebuild.
What you'll do
Responsibilities
- Provide in office support, de-escalation and crisis response for residents
- Support daily living skills: budgeting, meal planning, appointments, tenancy
- Maintain accurate shift notes and incident documentation
- Uphold harm reduction and trauma-informed practice in every interaction
What you bring
Required
- Diploma in social work, human services, addictions or equivalent experience
- Experience in shelter, housing or residential support settings
- Current First Aid/CPR, or willingness to train
- Clear criminal record and vulnerable sector check
