Sojourn House in Toronto provides Emergency Shelter and Transitional Housing for newly arrived refugees. We are seeking a Child and Family Social Worker to deliver settlement programs to refugee families within our shelter and during their transition into the community. The role involves trauma-informed counselling, intake and case management, and connecting families with schools and community supports, all within an integrated anti-racism, access and equity framework.
