- Communicate load plans and changes to drivers and customers
- Ensure drivers possess necessary instructions for safety
- Update dispatch systems regularly to reflect current information
- Record orders and trips accurately in the TMW
- Audit reports for compliance with corporate standards Requirements:
- High School Diploma required
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in dispatching
- Experience with TMW or similar systems is advantageous
- Strong communication and judgment skills
