We are in search of a self-disciplined individual with outstanding interpersonal skills. The selected applicant will be required to join and take their responsibilities at the earliest. The open positions are for Permanent employment or full-time jobs. The LMIA (Labour Market Impact Assessment) has approved the Truck-trailer driver position.

- The candidate must have mountain driving experience.
- The candidate must drive as part of a two-person team or convoy.
- The candidate must load and unload goods.
- The candidate must operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials.
- The candidate must inspect the vehicle’s condition, including the brakes, tires, lights, and other essential components.
- The candidate must pay for and receive payments for goods.
- The candidate must be able to perform emergency roadside repairs.
- The candidate will be responsible for performing pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections, as well as overseeing all vehicle aspects.
- The candidate must perform preventive maintenance.
- The candidate will be responsible for receiving and relaying information to central dispatch.




- The candidate will be responsible for recording cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption.
- The candidate will be responsible for tarping and ensuring cargo safety and security.
- The candidate must handle and transport dangerous goods.

Job Requirements

- The candidate should be fluent in the English language.
- The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
- A candidate with experience is an asset.
- The candidate must have a Driver’s License (Class 1 or A).
- The candidate should be reliable.

Documentation knowledge

- The candidate must be knowledgeable about driver logbooks and inspection reports (pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip).

Type of trucking and equipment

- The candidate must have experience in operating a tractor-trailer.

Security and safety

- The candidate must undergo a driving record check (abstract) for security and safety.

- The candidate must have a valid driver’s licence.
