What We Offer Full-Time Veterinarians receive:

- Competitive annual base salary $150,000 - $180,000 - Four 10-hour shifts per week, supporting work-life balance - 4 weeks of paid vacation - 10 statutory holidays - 3 float days - Paid Continuing Education (CE)

- Practice evidence-based medicine with compassion and resource-conscious decision-making.
- Support accessible veterinary care that strengthens the human-animal bond and improves animal welfare outcomes.
- Handle and treat animals using Fear Free, low-stress techniques that prioritize safety, comfort, and wellbeing.
- Support and mentor veterinary staff, students, and mentees, and contribute to ongoing learning and professional development initiatives.
- Contribute to a positive client experience through respectful, empathetic, and skilled interactions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to advance animal health and welfare outcomes.

What We're Looking For - Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree and a valid Ontario veterinary licence in good standing - Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical practice
