Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in monitoring and evaluating resident care plans

- Attend regular staff meetings and in-service training
- Help onboard new team members as directed
- Rigorously follow IPAC health guidelines

Requirements:

- Completion of Personal Support Worker Certificate/Diploma Program
- Familiarity with geriatric care techniques
- Understanding of sanitation procedures
- Compliance with vocational guidelines from overseeing bodies
