We are the Akkad family based in Hamilton, Ontario, and we're currently looking for a responsible and caring nanny to join our household. Our primary need is for someone to look after our primary school-aged children on a part-time basis, starting off on Saturdays only.

This live-out position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with children part-time and creating a nurturing environment. Along with child care, we require help with light housekeeping, but have the girls do the work. You would just delegate duties to keep the girls' play area and bedrooms neat and tidy.

Also help with homework.

Meal prep is not an aspect of the role, but ensuring the children finish their meals and tidy the dishes afterward. Your duties would include monitoring them, preparing snacks, and easy meals that cater to our children's dietary preferences and needs.





The girls are pretty independent; they need someone to provide them with the right direction, stay on task, and help them focus on their homework. (Study for their spelling tests, etc.). They are extremely friendly girly girls, with a lot of energy that easily loses focus.
