About the Role

Our client is seeking a talented and versatile Web Designer & Developer to join their dynamic team, working remotely from Kimberley. This dual role requires a blend of creative design sensibility and strong technical development skills to build and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites and web applications. You will be responsible for the entire web development lifecycle, from concept and design to coding, testing, and deployment. This is a fully remote position offering the freedom to work from anywhere while contributing to innovative web projects and collaborating closely with a globally distributed team.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement visually appealing and user-friendly websites and web applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks.
- Ensure websites are responsive and perform optimally across various devices and browsers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define website requirements, user experience, and functionality.
- Conduct testing and debugging to ensure websites are functional and error-free.




- Stay current with emerging web design and development trends and technologies.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Web Designer & Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and experience with modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Experience with back-end technologies and database management is a plus.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and communicate clearly in a remote environment.
