Full Time – Monday-Thursday (10 hour shifts) 6:30 am - 5:00 pm

Salary & Benefits

Salary: Diverse

- $28.00 - $35.00 (depending on experience) Welders
- $35.00-$45.00 (depending on experience) Fitters
- Benefits and Pension Plan

NorFab Metal and Machine offers a comprehensive benefits package after 3 months, employer RRSP contributions after 6 months, annual profit sharing bonuses as well as other annual incentives.



Wages to be negotiated based on experience.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Must have a valid Ontario driver’s license and own transportation to / from work.
- The ideal candidate will have CWB FCAW all position ticket combined with 3-5 years shop experience working with structural steel.
- The successful candidate will have a high school diploma, be mechanically inclined and demonstrate a high degree of initiative.
- They will be able to follow directions, work well with others and have the motivation necessary to contribute positively to a team environment. This individual will be reliable and punctual at all times and be able to work with minimal supervision.
