Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vaughan, ON for Welders and CNC Machinists. Team members will read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints, set up and operate CNC machinery or welding equipment, and fabricate or machine components to precise specifications. Daily responsibilities include monitoring equipment performance, performing basic maintenance, and ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards.

Welders will carry out various welding processes, prepare materials, and inspect welds,



while CNC Machinists will program, adjust, and troubleshoot CNC machines and verify part dimensions using measuring tools. Collaboration with supervisors and other production staff to meet project timelines and contribute to continuous improvement in processes is expected.

Qualifications

- Strong technical skills in welding processes (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick), including reading weld symbols and preparing materials for fabrication.
- Proficiency in CNC machining operations, including setup, programming or editing programs, tooling selection, and protected machine operation.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience using precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify dimensions and ensure quality standards.
- Knowledge of manufacturing safety practices, equipment handling, and adherence to company quality assurance procedures.
- Relevant trade certification or apprenticeship in welding or machining, or equivalent practical experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Effective problem-solving skills, ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and willingness to learn new processes and technologies.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as standing for extended periods, lifting materials as required, and working in a production environment.
