Ledcor Highways Ltd. (LHL) offers winter and seasonal maintenance roles across Ontario for individuals with DZ or AZ licenses who value safety, community, and growth opportunities. You will operate snowplows and other heavy equipment while maintaining Ontario highways year-round.
Shifts include 5 on/2 off or 6 on/1 off, with 8–12 hour days. Premiums for AZ operation, snow plowing, and night shifts apply, and camp accommodations with meal allowances are available at select locations.
