- Deploy and configure Windows 11 using Microsoft Managed Desktop
- Support docking station and peripheral installations




- Conduct user data migrations from older devices
- Keep asset information in ServiceNow up to date
- Provide troubleshooting support during user onboarding Requirements:
- University degree or IT diploma required
- Four years of experience in an IT support role
- Three years of experience in hardware management projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Intune and SCCM
