Successful candidates begin with two weeks of paid training, followed by paid plowing experience under supervision. A driving assessment is required, and hours are not guaranteed, with potential for a Winter Wage Guarantee.

Positions cover Zones 19, 20 and 24, with salary around $29.12/hour. Applicants must hold a Class III license with air brake endorsement and be capable of working
