In this leadership position, you will drive the planning and execution of multidisciplinary projects from WSP’s Ontario or Québec offices, reporting to the Vice President.

Your focus will include strengthening client partnerships and optimizing project outcomes through meticulous governance and risk management strategies. Key Responsibilities:

- Direct major projects through all phases from planning to execution
- Optimize project strategies focusing on safety and quality
- Strengthen financial forecasting and profitability measures




- Build and manage high-level client relationships and proposals
- Mentor and develop a skilled team for future project excellence Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in resources or infrastructure
- Demonstrated success with complex project leadership
- Comprehensive understanding of risk management and contracts
