Make a difference as a Youth Care System Navigator at The Link, supporting youth aged 12-25 facing significant barriers. Advocate for their well-being and facilitate access to resources. In this full-time position, you will be part of the System Navigation Team, working closely with at-risk youths to create meaningful connections to essential services.

Adopting a trauma-informed and culturally aware approach, you will help empower youths to take control of their futures and address their needs through strong relationships and resource navigation. Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with youth in the drop-in setting
- Develop trusting relationships promoting youth control
- Facilitate connections to both formal and informal supports
- Organize and lead life skills and recreational workshops
- Keep updated on relevant youth service systems Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of post-secondary education in youth care
- Supervisory experience is advantageous
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with crisis intervention and de-escalation
- Knowledge of youth systems including EIA and mental health Empower vulnerable youth to access critical support and services through your dedicated work at The Link.
