Key ResponsibilitiesOperate tools like compactors, jackhammers, saws, and skid steers. Prepare and level ground, sub-base, and gravel for paving or sod.Lay asphalt, concrete pavers, or natural stone paths and patios.Spread topsoil, plant trees, shrubs, and flowers, and install mulch. Assist with drainage installations, retaining walls, and curb work. Maintain a clean, protected job site and load/unload materials safely. Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and work outdoors in all weather. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (DZ or G license is an asset). Knowledge of construction safety rules and proper equipment operation.
