With a combined 30 years experience providing reliable, top-tier cleaning services in the North Bay area, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional results and dependable service that our clients count on. In this role, you will work independently or as part of a small team to maintain, deep-clean, and revitalize private homes, apartments, and condominiums, ensuring every living space is left spotless, fresh, and welcoming. Key Responsibilities Standard Home Maintenance: Perform thorough dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and tidying across bedrooms, living rooms, and common residential spaces. Kitchen & Bath Sanitation: Scrub, sanitize, and polish countertops, sinks, backsplashes, toilets, showers, and tubs to the highest hygienic standards. Deep-Cleaning Projects: Execute intensive seasonal or rotational detailing including baseboard scrubbing, interior window tracking, and cleaning inside major kitchen appliances (ovens, refrigerators). Client Relations:



Provide friendly, and respectful customer experience while maintaining absolute discretion regarding clients' homes and privacy. Supply Management: Safeguard company-issued cleaning kits, report low inventory levels, and ensure tools are clean and operational. Must be comfortable with working at heights --- Job Requirements Experience: Previous residential cleaning, housekeeping, or hotel environmental services experience is an asset, but we will train individuals with the right work ethic. Stamina & Physical Ability: Capable of standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50lbs repeatedly throughout an 8-hour shift. Reliable Transportation: Access to a reliable vehicle to travel to various residential job sites across North Bay is preferred. Background Check: Ability to provide a clean Criminal Record Check (Vulnerable Sector Check may be requested). Must be or willing to become WHIMIS certified Language: Functional English communication skills to interact effectively with homeowners and team leads. Must be able to read cleaning products effectively
