We are seeking a reliable Site Manager in Penticton to take responsibility for the well-being of the property on behalf of the owners and report directly to the Property Manager. This role is ideal for an organized individual who takes pride in maintaining property standards, security, and cleanliness. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: -Property Oversight & Bylaws: Conduct daily walkabouts of buildings, stairwells, and grounds to ensure clean, safe conditions and enforce property bylaws (reporting infractions promptly). -Communication & Emergencies: Maintain regular contact with the Property Manager; remain available on call by phone for emergency responses as needed.
-Resident & Contractor Support: Meet with contractors on-site for special projects/repairs; assist with resident moves (hanging elevator blankets, posting move notices). -Maintenance & Grounds: Replace defective interior/exterior lighting; clean up leaves, litter, and garbage bin areas; shovel snow and apply salt/de-icer to walkways and garage entrances as weather requires. -Security & Inventory: Maintain high security via patrols and visitor checks; keep an updated inventory of all building tools, equipment, and supplies. REQUIREMENTS: Must be available to be on-site Monday–Friday for 5 hours per day during business hours. Physical ability to handle light grounds maintenance (snow shoveling, leaf clearing, minor repairs). Strong communication skills and a qualified approach to resident and contractor interactions.
