Work experience required: Minimum of 3 years of experience in arboriculture settings, especially related to climbing and working at heights. Skill requirements: Must have class 5 driver's license to drive equipment between worksites. Experience towing trailers is a significant asset. Must be able to work safely at heights, and have experience required for working at heights in these conditions; must have strong physical stamina to perform manual labour tasks and be able to list at least 50 pounds. Certification to apply pesticides, herbicides, and fungicides may be required for the position, but not required before hiring. Solid understanding of tree biology, species identification, and common pests and diseases is required. Language requirements: Fluent communication in English is required for the position.
