Alliance Wellness Clinic is a busy interdisciplinary clinic that focuses on teamwork to provide our patients with the highest quality of care and customer service.

You must be available some evenings (until 8:30pm) and one weekend day (until 530pm).*

Ideal candidate:

- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Have experience in customer service and/or administration
- Ability to multi-task
- Robust organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable with Mac and Microsoft Suite
- Friendly demeanor with a desire to help others
- Thrive in a stimulating and busy environment

Assets:

- Knowledge/experience in the health field
- Experience with Accounts Receivable/Payable
- Knowledge of web design and managing social media
- Experience with Jane scheduling software

Day- to-day responsibilities would include:

- Providing the highest standard of customer service to patients
- Opening/Closing the clinic
- Answering incoming calls
- Email correspondence
- Scheduling, cancelling, rebooking appointments
- Taking payments and billing directly to insurance companies




- Maintaining high standard of organization and cleanliness throughout the office

Expected hours: 8.0 – 24.0 per week
