AFIMAC Canada is actively seeking a Utility Operator for a temporary assignment in Southwest Ontario. Earn $30.00 per hour plus meal allowances and travel compensation while working 12-hour shifts.
In this role, you will work primarily Monday to Thursday and be responsible for various production duties including equipment operation and raw material transportation. A successful candidate will have at least one year of experience in a manufacturing environment and the ability to communicate effectively in English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute batch oven curing and grain re-humidification
- Setup and adjust production equipment as necessary
- Inspect for defects and report issues
- Safely transport materials and products with lift trucks
- Maintain an organized and protected workspace
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of utility operator experience
- Minimum Grade 12 education
- Familiarity with production equipment operation
- Strong commitment to safety procedures
- Excellent English communication skills
