- Position: Telephone Operator – Independent Contractor, Remote
- Commitment: Minimum of 15 hours per week, Duration: 3-4 weeks
- Use your expertise to design questions and train AI models related to telephone operations.

Responsibilities

- Observe signal lights on switchboards and operate telephone systems to complete connections.
- Update directory information and perform clerical duties such as typing and sorting mail.
- Offer special assistance to individuals unable to dial or in emergencies.
- Monitor automated systems for collect calls and intervene when necessary.
- Provide relay services for users who are deaf or hard of hearing.
- Promote company products and services when appropriate.

Requirements / Qualifications Must-Have Qualifications





- 4+ years full-time work experience as a Telephone Operator
- Be based in the US, UK, or Canada
- Robust writing skills and comfort with various computer applications and platforms

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with PBX systems and directory assistance operations
