About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a Conversational AI Engineer to help build AI-powered employee experiences within a large, complex enterprise environment. Working across digital workplace, HR, technology, security, data, and product teams, youll turn business challenges into practical conversational AI solutions that make it easier for employees to access information and services.

Youll contribute throughout the full solution lifecycle, from discovery and design through configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and optimization. This role is well suited to a hands-on technical professional who enjoys exploring emerging AI capabilities while building secure, scalable solutions that deliver a meaningful employee experience.

Whats In It for You

Youll gain hands-on exposure to enterprise conversational AI, generative AI, workflow automation, and large-scale platforms including Service Now and Moveworks. Youll collaborate with experienced technical and business partners while expanding your expertise across AI engineering, integrations, knowledge retrieval, and enterprise architecture.

Your Responsibilities

- Youll design and configure conversational AI experiences using Service Now and Moveworks
- Youll build integrations with enterprise platforms using REST APIs, web services, OAuth, SSO, and modern integration patterns
- Youll configure and optimize prompts, workflows, context management, retrieval mechanisms, and knowledge grounding
- Youll develop workflow automations using Service Now Flow Designer and related automation technologies
- Youll partner with stakeholders to test, deploy, troubleshoot, and continuously improve AI-powered employee experiences




- Youll contribute reusable documentation, technical standards, templates, and implementation best practices

Skills and Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in conversational AI, AI engineering, platform engineering, Service Now engineering, software engineering, or a related technical role
- Experience building conversational AI, virtual agents, chatbots, copilots, or AI-powered employee experiences
- Strong knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, context engineering, RAG, vector or semantic search, and AI application design
- Experience with Service Now architecture and ideally Moveworks configuration or implementation
- Experience with Java Script, Python, Power Shell, or similar scripting languages
- Strong knowledge of APIs, enterprise integrations, identity management, security, OAuth, and SSO
- Experience with Service Now Virtual Agent, Now Assist, AI Search, Knowledge Management, Employee Center, or similar technologies is an asset
