Job DescriptionPosition Title:Project CarpenterReplacement or New Role:NewTerm:Full Time Permanent - work available year roundWork Mode:onsiteReports to:Direct Reports:0Hourly Range:$27/hour-$39/hourBonus:NoAddress:Lyn, ONTravel:NoLanguage:EnglishJob Duties & ResponsibilitiesReport daily to the Project SupervisorEngage in new builds and renovations, both residential and commercialOrganize and prioritize workRead and interpret building plans, drawings, and specifications.Complete work in a professional and timely fashionSupervise a helper to aid in completion of tasksOrganize equipment and building materialsOperate equipment including skid steer, telehandler and payloaderWork EnvironmentPhysical activity in a project workplace (both inside and outside) such as pushing and pulling, crouching, bending, reaching, as well as some climbing and working at heightsWork on sites can be noisy, odorous, hot, humid, cold and/or dustyOccasional lifting of equipment up to 50 kgQualificationsCollege degree in a technical discipline,
