Role Description The Farm Hand role is a full-time, in office position located in Foothill AB. The position involves operating and maintaining farm equipment, supporting planting and harvesting activities, and performing general farm maintenance such as fencing, cleaning facilities, and basic repairs. The Farm Hand will follow safety guidelines, support seasonal workloads, and collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient farm operations.

Qualifications





- Ability to operate and maintain Farm Equipment, with attention to safety and proper use.
- Knowledge of Harvesting processes and seasonal farm tasks in Farms and Agriculture settings.
- Physical ability to perform outdoor manual labor in varying weather conditions and lift moderate to heavy loads.
- Strong reliability, time management, and ability to follow instructions and safety protocols.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the farm; prior farm or agricultural experience is an asset.
- Harvest workers needed. Postions available include class 1 drivers, grain cart drivers and bin site unloading personnel. Very competitive wage with end of season bonus. Clean well looked after equipment with supper meals provided. NEEDS TO BE ABLE TO EAT PORK.
