We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple projects in a fast-paced, cooperative environment. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Process Management- Coordinate and manage multiple projects from initiation through final delivery- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved- Monitor project timelines, resource allocation, and overall progress- Maintain and update project documentation and reporting tools- Ensure a high level of service and responsiveness to client and stakeholder needsFinancial & Operational Oversight- Support project costing, related documentation- Coordinate procurement activities with external vendors and suppliers- Monitor project budgets and resource requirements to support successful executionQualifications & Experience- University or college degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)- Minimum 3 years of relevant project management experience,



preferably within a production, or manufacturing environment- Experience working with vendors, purchasing processes, and operational workflows considered an asset- Ability to interpret technical documentation and specificationsSkills & Competencies- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration abilities- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications- Experience with technical design software is considered an asset- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesThis is a current vacancy.
