This role coordinates programs, drafts communications, and ensures employees—both office and field—are informed, connected, and engaged.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and implement events in the office, on site or at external venues, including vendor selection, promotion, and logistics.Support the EHS Team with events such as Safety Week.Manage all events and communications for the Wellness Program pillars.Source new programs and initiatives to build culture.Develop engaging content (employee spotlights, testimonials, videos) and coordinate photo/video shoots and interviews.Capture authentic stories from project sites,
