Job Description: This role is part of the team’s high-performance network operations group. Utilizing the latest technologies across all financial products and leveraging industry knowledge and technical trends, the candidate will be responsible for meeting customer requirements for low latency, high-performance computing, security, and efficient execution across complex routing systems.
Experience with designing and implementing data networking products and technologies from a technology vendor or systems integrator.
• In-depth knowledge of switching concepts, including Spanning Tree Protocol (RSTP, PVSTP+), 802.1q trunking, CEF, ARP, DHCP snooping, TCAM, Energetic ARP inspection, IGMPv2/3, and platform-specific configurations (3k, 4k, 6k, SUP720/32, SUP6E/6LE/7E/7LE/8E).
• Experience with testing suites like IXIA, Spirent, Shundra, RFC2544, IMIX/EMIX, and test setup.
Flexible and adaptable to meet the team’s needs.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Proficient in UNIX or Linux.
