The role extends beyond reporting to include ownership ofonsite ad inventory analytics and tool development, improving visibility into supply, demand, performance, and monetization efficiency.The strategic impact of this role is that it enables data‑driven decisions on onsite inventory utilization, pricing, and optimization that will enhance the monetization of OAM with less underspend, higher inventory utilization,



faster turnaround on campaign setup and mid‑flight optimizations. Scales insights through standardized tools, frameworks, and repeatable reporting. Elevates OAM’s analytics maturity and credibility with vendors and internal leadership.Key Responsibilities:Onsite Inventory Analytics & ToolingTranslate Raw ad‑inventory data into usable formats for reporting and analysisDesign and maintain analytical tools to assess onsite ad inventory supply, demand, fill rates, and performanceDevelop frameworks and KPIs to evaluate inventory efficiency by placement, format, category, brand, and time periodPartner with media sales and planning teams to identify inventory opportunities, constraints, and optimization leversInsights, Optimization & EnablementConduct deep‑dive analyses to identify performance drivers, trends, and risksBenchmark results against historical performance and OAM standardsAct as a trusted analytics partner to account management, media planning, and platform teamsCompetencies:Technical skills: proficiency in SQL, Google BigQuery, Tableau, digital marketing platforms, ad server dataBusiness acumen: understanding of digital marketing landscape especially Retail Media platformsCollaboration: strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams including IT, Product, MarketingProblem‑solving: analytical mindset with focus on process optimisation and automation,
