This job is perfect for the individual who possesses the skills and knowledge to sell home comfort products by appointment within the residential market. With an abundance of clients and opportunities, and a leadership team that works closely together in the implementation of any new ideas, you have the opportunity to grow your own department as our company expands!This is a 100% commission role. Compensation is completely based on performance.What Will You Do?Conduct in-home HVAC sales consultations with potential clients, assess their needs and recommend appropriate home solutions such as: heating and cooling equipment, humidifiers, uv lights and other accessoriesConduct follow up calls to ensure 100% satisfaction and generate a referral baseGenerate Positive google reviews from your sales interactions with our clients and maintain a positive relationship with clients from start to the completion of the jobEnroll customers into our membership plansAttaining sales goals at or above quota revenues with a close rate of at least 40-70%Ride along with the installers & provide your customers with a great experience from start to finishUpdate and work on our CRM platforms: Jobber, Monday.ComBe an active member of our team,
