This role offers the opportunity to work alongside highly respected researchers, physicians, and operational leaders who are advancing important work in the mental health and neuroscience space.In this role, you will help keep the program running smoothly by coordinating administrative operations, supporting leadership, and ensuring key processes and documentation stay organized. and program activities while ensuring schedules and documentation remain up to date.You’ll manage onboarding activities for students, trainees, and new staff, including gathering documentation and supporting registration processes.You’ll liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to coordinate information, scheduling, and operational tasks across departments.You’ll assist with reporting activities, gathering and compiling program data to support leadership updates and external reporting requirements.You’ll contribute to the smooth running of the program by managing documentation, communications, and general administrative priorities.Skills and Qualifications2+ years of experience in an administrative, program coordination, or operations support role within a research, healthcare, academic, or non-profit environmentStrong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience supporting senior leaders or directorsExperience coordinating meetings, schedules, and program documentationHigh attention to detail with the ability to manage sensitive information with discretionProficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Word, and ExcelA proactive and resourceful approach, with the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teamsAll qualified applicants will receive fair consideration for employment.
