You will be responsible for sourcing potential deals, conducting initial due diligence, building relationships with sellers and agents, and managing the offer process. Key Responsibilities

- Proactively source potential real estate investment opportunities through various channels (online platforms, networking, direct outreach).
- Conduct preliminary due diligence, including market analysis, property condition assessment, and financial feasibility checks.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and other key stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit competitive offers and negotiate terms with sellers.

Requirements
