Job Summary:As a Fitness Manager with Fitness World, you have a dynamic position with two primary responsibilities: ensure clients achieve their health and fitness goals through our holistic approach, products and services; and support a team of personal trainers build a clientele. You achieve these by actioning the following. Building strong relationships with our team members, personal training clients and member base. Leading through action and influence, and demonstrating the systems, processes and behaviours required to be successful. Engaging others to grow and develop through education and personal development.
